Our invitation design is semi-custom, allowing you to personalize the text, design colors, and fonts. You can choose from a variety of envelope colors to complement your style. We offer the option to customize the printed colors to perfectly match your wedding theme.
- Provide your email address in the designated field. After you place your order, you will receive an invitation questionnaire to collect your event details, including names, location, time, and more for the invitation cards. In this questionnaire, you can select your printed colors, envelope color and fonts from various options. You may provide your own text based on several sample choices.
- A design proof will be provided to you showing a digital representation of your customized invitation design. For full details on the design proofing process, please refer to the 'Process' section.
Computer monitors and phone screens may display colors differently. Slight variations may occur in the colors of our printed products compared to what is shown on your device.

The design is shown with a white envelope; however, you can choose from a variety of envelope colors to complement your style.
- Lined envelopes: These include a patterned paper adhered by hand inside the envelope flap. The printed colors can be changed to perfectly match your wedding theme. Please reference the “color choices” photo for suggestions or specify your desired color.
- Invitation suites can be purchased without the envelope liner.

Process
Process
After you place your order, the invitation questionnaire will be sent to the email provided to collect your font, color and envelope choices as well as the event information, including names, location, time, etc. for the invitation cards.
A comprehensive digital proof of your customized invitation suite will be created and presented in a PDF format for your review. At this point, you have the opportunity to review the design proof and provide your feedback and revisions. We will guide you through the process, answering any questions you have about design, typical invitation etiquette and wording to make the invitation process simple and stress free.
Three complimentary revision rounds of proofing are provided to ensure your satisfaction with the design. After these initial rounds, any subsequent revisions or corrections will be subject to a $25 design fee per round. You are ultimately responsible for approving the digital proof, which includes ensuring complete accuracy of information, verifying spelling, colors, and overall design composition. Reprints due to client-approved errors may incur additional costs.
Once you provide your approval for the design, items go to print. After printing has begun, additional changes will require a fee. Once items have been shipped to you, a notification and tracking number will be provided.

Please allow for a minimum of 21 business days for your custom invitation order. The proofing process typically takes seven days but may vary based on timeliness of responses and the amount of requested revisions. After design approval, standard production and shipping time is 14 business days from design approval and final payment receipt.
Rush proofing, processing, and shipping are available for additional fees. Please contact us if you need this option.
