Refund policy
Returns: We accept returns for non-customized items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return:
1. Contact us at hello@jenniferpaper.com
2. Include your order number in your email
3. Await our response with further instructions
If your return is accepted, we'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your package. A $6.50 fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
- Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Important: If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from the date of our approval notification, please contact us at hello@jenniferpaper.com for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order immediately. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photo(s) clearly showing the damage or incorrect item. We will respond promptly with the best way to remedy the error.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are not eligible for returns. Custom orders may include any items that have been personalized specifically for you, such as:
- Adding personal information (e.g., names, dates, addresses, or personalized text) to the printed item
- Adding customer-supplied logos or images
- Color modifications from our standard offerings
- Any design that requires alterations to our existing templates
These customizations make the product unique to you and therefore non-returnable. However, we will work diligently to resolve any issues related to damaged or incorrect items received. If you encounter such issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos clearly showing the problem, and we will provide guidance on the next steps.
Jennifer Paper reserves the right to make the final determination on whether an item qualifies as a custom order.
Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any items.
