Thank you for requesting Jennifer Paper Co. to design and print your invitations! The following information is for lined envelopes and will detail the process, timeline and pricing. 

PRICING and SCOPE OF WORK 
Design Option 4 - Lined Envelopes with Address Printing
Design, color modification, and three rounds of proof - Included

Lined Envelope – Quantity: 80 - $268
White Ink Address Printing - Invitation Envelope (Guest & Return) – Quantity: 80 - $200
Subtotal - $468

Order processing timeline
•    Payment due date: February 14, 2025 (*must provide address file by this date)
•    Proof approval due date: February 20, 2025
•    Printing and finishing: 5 business days
•    In Hands Target Date: March 3, 2025

Design Option 4 Total Price for Lined Envelopes - $488

Three rounds of proofing are included.  If additional changes or corrections are requested after three rounds, a fee of $30 per proof may be applied.  Rush proofing, processing, and shipping are available for additional fees.  

 

To begin the invitation design process, please complete the purchase of the 50% deposit payment.  

Once the payment is made, a digital proof of your customized invitation suite will be provided in a pdf presentation.  At this point, you have the opportunity to review the proofs and provide your feedback and revisions.  I will guide you through the process, answering any questions you have about design, typical invitation etiquette and wording to make the invitation process simple and stress free.  If new graphics are requested, a design fee of $50 may be assessed.  Once the design concept has been agreed upon, the proofing process will continue.  Three rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions are $30 per draft. 

During the review process, please check for full accuracy of details (spelling, dates, times, etc.).  While I complete a review on my own, the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring complete accuracy of the information.   

Once you approve the design and make the final payment, items go to print.  After printing has begun, additional changes will require a fee.  Once items have been shipped to you, a notification and tracking number will be provided.
